A few Quantity Surveying roles are available in our commercial team:
- Rewarding commercial roles available for capable individuals looking for long-term stability and progression.
- It is important for the successful candidate to have a team ethic, as well as a competent ability to work independently within our dynamic, forward-thinking company.
- Ideally have drylining subcontractor experience, with background, possessing the ability to secure tenders, negotiate, and capable of overseeing them through to completion.
- We encourage initiative and support developing leadership skills of all team members.
- We welcome educated to a degree level or equivalent, but not essential, we focus upon those with ambition and sociable to join our hard-working team.
- Our surveyor must monitor and manage Risk and Opportunities of the projects, whilst being reliable and trustworthy performing in our ever-changing & challenging industry.
- Provide monthly cost-value reconciliations whilst reporting movements in the forecasted final accounts.
- We welcome contacts which the candidate may have developed as these relationships assist in providing strong references.
- Solid commercial acumen and industry knowledge of Approved Systems is preferred. (All Training can be provided).
- Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK and possess excellent communication skills.
